As a result of working in the field with clients for over 17 years, I developed this comprehensive leadership development program (including pre and post program staff surveys and customized follow up coaching for each participant) in response to those areas where I see the most consistent and significant needs for leadership and management development.

The Leadership Series

Pre-program planning meetings as needed; plus face-to-face and/or telephone meetings with a sampling of participants two to three weeks before training – designed to gather their perspectives of their most significant leadership successes and challenges, and their hopes for the program outcomes, all of which will help me customize the program.

Web-based staff surveys available to each participant for distribution to their own direct reports – before the training experience to help each leader gather their team's perspective of their leadership strengths and areas needing attention.

Workshop Series: 2.5 days of workshop learning where content areas may include but are not limited to: Creating a Motivating Environment; Building Trust/Building Your Team; Emotional Intelligence; Setting Standards For Excellence; Activating Accountability; Effective Communication and Conflict Resolution; Addressing Performance; The Art of Coaching; Time and Priority Management. Workshops will be a mix of interactive lecture, small and large group discussions, experiential exercises and skill practices. Program workbooks included.

Follow up coaching to include 5.0 hours of customized, one-on-one coaching with each participant beyond the training experience.

Measure results through a web-based survey re-administered 6-8 months beyond the training/coaching experience.

Total fees: Based on anywhere from 15-20 participants....$18,875
15 participants translates to $1,260 per person for entire package.
20 participants translates to $945 per person for the entire package.
